Nikola Kalinic plunders hat-trick as Inter suffer catastrophic defeat to Fiorentina

Inter’s perfect start to Serie A came crashing down around them as they lost 4-1 at home to Fiorentina.

Roberto Mancini’s side had won their first five league games of the season, conceding only one goal in the process.

But their defence was ripped apart in a catastrophic first half at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.
Josip Ilicic put Fiorentina in front from the penalty spot after Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic clumsily knocked overNikola Kalinic after just four minutes.

Former Blackburn striker Kalinic then grabbed two goals to give Fiorentina a 3-0 lead inside 23 minutes.
After Miranda had been sent off for the home side, Inter pulled one back through Mauro Icardi.
But Kalinic completed his hat-trick with 14 minutes remaining to cap a miserable night for the Nerazzurri.
